Careers at Creative Structures Group

The Creative Structures Group delivers creative temporary structures for some of the most demanding brand experiences in the UK and beyond. Our work supports leading agencies and global brands, often in live environments where timing, safety and presentation matter.

We specialise in creative temporary structures that sit at the intersection of design, engineering and live delivery. The same standards apply to how we build our team.

Seasonal crew, built on trust

We are almost always recruiting seasonal crew to support the delivery of our creative temporary structures. This is the foundation of our operation and where many long-term careers at Creative Structures Group begin.

Seasonal work with us is physical, hands-on and demanding. Most days start early, typically around 6am, and the work requires stamina, focus and the ability to rely on the people around you. This is not casual labour. Everyone on site plays a role in delivering creative temporary structures safely, accurately and to a high standard.

It is also genuinely enjoyable work, done with people who care about doing a good job, having fun and building friendships that often last well beyond the season.

How we recruit

Every application for seasonal work is treated seriously.

  • Every applicant is interviewed
  • Everyone spends a paid day on site
  • You see how creative temporary structures are delivered in practice and we see how you approach the work

The work is hard and physically demanding. That matters to be clear about upfront. It also means the team relies on you, and you rely on them. Letting each other down is not an option.

A team people come back to

Every member of our team is exceptional in their own right, bringing a wide range of skills, knowledge and experience in the delivery of creative temporary structures. Just as importantly, that experience is shared openly on site. People look out for each other, pass on what they know and help raise the standard of the whole team.

Our seasonal crew comes from many different backgrounds. Some join us as school leavers, university students or on a gap year. Others return year after year because they value the variety our work brings.

It is not unusual for the team to be building backstage at Glastonbury one day, working on a project at Buckingham Palace the next, and then delivering a beautifully executed "girl-next-door" wedding in the Cotswolds. That range is part of what keeps the work interesting and the team coming back.

Many of our seasonal crew fit CSG work around ski seasons or other seasonal commitments. Some travel to work with us from Australia, New Zealand and South Africa, returning regularly because they know the company and the people.

That consistency is not accidental. It comes from clear expectations, mutual respect and pride in the work.

From seasonal to permanent

Our office team is currently full and staff turnover is very low. Permanent roles are rare by design, but they do come up from time to time.

When opportunities do arise, we almost always recruit from the seasonal team. People who understand how creative temporary structures are delivered on site, have worked across roles and have proven themselves in live environments are best placed to step into long-term positions.

What we value

  • We show up early and prepared
  • We work hard and pull together
  • We stay calm under pressure
  • We enjoy the work and the people we do it with
  • We are trusted because we care

How to apply

Even when no specific roles are advertised, we are always happy to hear from good people.
